Cyber Central Community – Honesty & Sponsorship Transparency Policy
Purpose
Cyber Central Community is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability. This policy outlines how sponsorship funds are managed and communicated to ensure trust with all contributors and stakeholders.
Separation of Funds
All sponsorship monies received in support of Cyber Central Community are held in a dedicated, separate account from the core SecQube business. These funds are not mixed with operational or commercial revenues of SecQube.Sponsorship funds are used solely for activities, initiatives, and development that directly benefit the Cyber Central Community.
Use of Sponsorship Funds
Sponsorship contributions are allocated toward:
Community events and meetups
Educational resources and content
Platform development and maintenance
Community-led initiatives and outreach
All expenditures are made with the intention of strengthening and growing the community.
Biannual Transparency Reporting
To ensure full transparency:
A detailed sponsorship report will be published every 6 months. This report will be made available via a dedicated page on the Cyber Central Community platform.
The report will include:Total sponsorship funds receivedSummary of how funds have been allocated and spentCurrent balance of sponsorship funds (where appropriate)
Access to Reports
The sponsorship transparency page will be accessible to:
Any company that has contributed sponsorship funds
Any individual donor to the Cyber Central Community
